This user agreement describes the terms set that apply to the use of services provided by B&E Hair Salon. We provide you with an online account and an interactive environment. Our ("Service") is made available electronically online. By agreeing to these terms set forth and below, you (the "User"), agree to be obligated by these terms and conditions for our establishment to provide you of your account and access to the service.
These terms may be changed at anytime without any prior notice. All new registering users are required to agree to these terms of agreement, as otherwise effective immediately for all previously registered users. Should you not agree to the terms of agreement, you may not use or access the provided services.
1. Membership & Eligibility
The membership is provided free of charge and is solely for the use by the clients of B&E Hair Salon. Users are limited to only one account; multiple accounts will result in the deletion and removal from the database. An application may not be filled on behalf of someone else, only by the sole user of the account. We hold the right to deny use of the website without reason.
2. User Activities
You hereby agree you will use all provided services, content, material or information found on the Site solely for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You warrant all and any material or information that you make available through the Site is solely your original work, or that you have all proper rights to make the material or information available on the Site. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content (excluding your personal information) from our website without prior expressed written permission of the owner.
Users are expected to conduct themselves with mature and acceptable conduct, and in return will receive the same conduct from other members. Any use or posting of vulgar language, nudity, or any offensive material on this website or during any official event is cause for breach of these terms of agreement. Any abuse of the system will result in immediate termination.
3. Your Information
Any information that you provide to us in the registration process is securely stored in our databases and viewed by staff during approval. You hereby agree that any information you provide to us shall not be false, fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading. 4. Termination
Without notice or reason, your account may be terminated and all your account information will be immediately removed. Termination occurs at breach of this agreement, and services will be indefinitely suspended. Your account will be terminated and we will refuse to provide our services to you. We also hold the right to deny you access to any parts of our Site upon breach of this agreement. The user may terminate their account at anytime by request of staff.
5. Ownership
Any and all parts of this website, content, images, and applications are strictly copyrighted with all rights reserved. The databases, and its associated pages, are copyrighted by United States law. The Design, images, and content are copyrighted to Norbert Krupa.
6. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless B&E Hair Salon, its affiliates, staff, members or users from and against the liabilities, claims, damages and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees and costs arising out of your use of this Site; your failure to use the Site; your breach or alleged breach of this Agreement or your breach or alleged breach of the copyright, trademark, proprietary or other rights of third parties.
7. No warranty
YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE, NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, OR EMPLOYEES WARRANT THAT THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERUPTED OR FREE OF ERRORS NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE SERVICES THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE.
